Ankur Kanaglekar is the Country Manager (India) - Industrial Participation & Strategic Partnerships at Boeing since July 2011. He has 14 plus years of industry and consulting experience in Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace Sector with a focus on product / operations innovation and business development (alliances, mergers and acquisitions and sales) across geographies (US, India, Europe & Middle East). Mr. Kanaglekar leads teams based in St. Louis -USA and New Delhi to support the strategic partnerships, alliances and M&A in India for $32 billion business - Boeing Defense, Space & Securities, to meet the productivity and growth objectives. His team also manages several industrial participation programs (offsets) in India, working closely with Boeing's Industry partners and Ministry of Defense of Government of India.

Prior to that, he worked for PRTM Management Consultants as well as a Delivery Manager for i2 Technologies. He had started off as a Sr. Software Engineer for Altair Engineering.

He has an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad(2007-08) and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati. He completed his B.E, Mechanical Engineering from Pune University in 1996.
